Bob Cameron, Senior Pastor
Bob has been the pastor of Willoughby East Anglican since January 2008. His passion for the church is that God’s word will increasingly take root in the minds and hearts of all, and that it will flow out into the lives of others that they too might come into an experience of the love of God in Jesus Christ – a passion which his wife, Fiona, shares. Bob and Fiona have four adult children (and one adolescent dog). They both love to watch movies, and to enjoy a leisurely meal with good friends.
Pippa Matthews, Pastoral Worker
Pippa has been a member of the parish for more years than she cares to admit, and for a number of years now has been responsible for visiting and caring for a large number of people in the parish (and beyond) including the elderly and others with particular needs – Rosie (also pictured) regularly accompanies Pippa on her visits. Pippa is also a flautist of some note, and is studying the Master of Divinity course at Morling College. She has one adult son and daughter-in-law.
Tim Swan, Associate Pastor
Tim joined the staff of Willoughby East Anglican at the beginning of 2014 in a joint venture with Naremburn Cammeray Anglican Church. He and his wife, Sally, with their five children returned to Australia in the middle of 2013 having served as missionaries in Chile for the previous ten years. Tim’s primary responsibility is to lead the Parkside congregation, which began meeting at St John’s in 2011. He is eager to see many families in the Willoughby area come into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. In his spare time he likes to cycle and to play the piano.
